Corey Lohnes and Monica Doerr's Honeymoon Registry

Costa Rica

Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!

We thought we would take this opportunity to share our honeymoon plans with you. We are booked for our honeymoon in COSTA RICA January 6-13, 2018.

Our honeymoon will include three nights at the "Arenal Nayara Hotel & Gardens" (http://www.arenalnayara.com/) in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. La Fortuna is a small town in Costa Rica, northwest of the capital, San José. It’s known as a gateway to Arenal Volcano National Park, comprising 2 volcanoes. Active Arenal Volcano is still laced with lava flows. Hot springs dot the foot of the volcano, on the thermal Tabacón River. Dormant Chato Volcano has a crater lake and rainforest trails leading to La Fortuna Waterfall, with its natural pool.

Following our time in La Fortuna, we will venture to the central pacific coast to spend 4 days at "Casa Chameleon Las Catalinas" (https://www.casachameleonhotels.com/las-catalinas/). Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas is an adults-only boutique resort where you can experience the best of Costa Rican adventure and culture. The property features panoramic ocean views, minimalist contemporary design, and an incredible zero-edge infinity pool with a terrific sunset bar scene at Sentido Norte Restaurant & Lounge.
